Another great video...

Once again I spent too much time stealing my neighbor's wireless, and have thus spent all day browsing to find all my friends funny videos. Below is a video featured by The Onion, which I am sure you all know is America's Finest News Source. Because all of my owners have been involved in the Boy Scouts of America at one point or another, I find this video to be extremely fitting for both my past experiences, and my future aspirations. Enjoy!

Hurricane Katrina hits MapCouch!!

One of my biggest fans, Katrina, stopped by to give me a gentle touch with her back side, just as so many have done before. Hurricane Katrina, as I call her, instead, decided to plop down with the ferver of Albert Haynesworth taking out Peyton Manning. I'm suprised she didn't end up with some of my map on her ass! At any rate, my beloved Hurricane Katrina (AssMap), stayed just long enough for me to feel better about the ruffling of my cushions, and as is always necessary, snapped a great photo with me for all to see. Thanks for stopping by, Hurricane Katrina!

MapCouch to host SNL?

Due to the buzz generated from my last post that featured Joe the Plumber sitting on me for like 14 days straight...MapCouch was featured on Saturday Night Live's Weekend Update just before the Sarah Palin appearance. To date, Sarah Palin's appearance on Saturday Night boasted the highest ratings Saturday Night Live has had in 14 years. This apparently brought MapCouch speculators everywhere to start the could-be-true rumor that SNL will be hosted by MapCouch at somepoint in the near future. To add to that speculation, SNL referenced the ability of the MapCouch to constantly be at the center of the political scene, as cited by SNL in this photo of me at the debate with the candidates. Interestingly enough, I haven't actually become an issue myself. I guess plumber salaries and earmarks are more important. You be the judge. Vote for MapCouch!

Guess Where Joe the Plumber Watched the Debate....

You guessed it! Joe the Plumber watched the final Presidential debate from the MapCouch. And Monday Night Football, the MLB Playoffs, and re-runs of According to Jim. He seems to be a big fan of Tyra too. I think he is hiding from all the attention. Joe the Plumber did say that he is appalled that his name might be affiliated with the delay of a major sporting event. He even mentioned changing his name to Joe the MapCoucher. Either way, I'd hate to see him leave. He has occupied more cushion space than Tom Brady since the knee injury. Joe's been on the MapCouch so long, we had to re-shave his head. Damn guy won't even fix the toilets. He did offer to buy the MapCouch for $250,000. I didn't know old bald plumbers made that much money, especially with all that TV time! I guess the custom furniture industry needs a bald, MapCouch potato makeover. Luckily, we were able to snap this shot of him focusing so hard on the debate, he didn't notice the Sarah Palin picture message causing his phone to vibrate off the coffee table. At any rate, check it out. Crack kills, Joe. Crack kills.

Logo Contest

So...I've been thinking. None of you have yet to draw a caricature of me. Not a single one. It irks me that there are no little pictures of me with a huge head, or tiny head and huge body. I think you guys can do it; wait!, I know you guys can do it. Someone out there that loves me for my mapped exterior can certainly find a humorous way to portray me! If you think you can, send the picture in an email to MapCouch@gmail.com. I look forward to your submissions, and will be thinking of some sort of relevant prize to whoever can create the best one. Let the games begin! Oh, and tell your friends, the prize might actually be seriously worth it!

Check out this rare sighting!

So, I've been on the road for a while. It's a big decision when you think you might relocate, you have to check out the new surroundings and make sure they are safe AND comfortable. It's the first rule of moving, but I'm sure you all know that! While I was out, one of my ol' buddies sent me this picture he took with his phone camera. Check it out! It's almost better than having a map printed right on your skin! Viva la MapCouch!
